Desktop or Laptop???

we all know that time really past so fast like “Time Flies By” many new Inventions are showing around the Globe and commonly here they are like Desktop or Laptop…

Desktop, in computer science, an on-screen work area that uses icons and menus to simulate the top of a desk. A desktop is characteristic of the Apple Macintosh and of windowing programs such as Microsoft Windows. Its intent is to make a computer easier to use by enabling users to move pictures of objects and to start and stop tasks in much the same way as they would if they were working on a physical desktop

Laptop (also known as a notebook)

A laptop integrates most of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device (a touchpad, also known as a trackpad, and/or a pointing stick) and speakers into a single unit. A laptop is powered by mains electricity via an AC adapter, and can be used away from an outlet using a rechargeable battery. A laptop battery in new condition typically stores enough energy to run the laptop for three to five hours, depending on the computer usage, configuration and power management settings. When the laptop is plugged into the mains, the battery charges, whether or not the computer is running.

Portable computers, originally monochrome CRT-based and developing into the modern laptop, were originally considered to be a small niche market, mostly for specialized field applications such as the military, accountants and sales representatives. As portable computers became smaller, lighter, and cheaper and as screens became larger and of better quality, laptops became very widely used for all sorts of purposes.

But if you ask me I will choose Desktop because Laptop can be Easily destroyed most commonly the laptops Battery yes I know a Laptop is smaller, lighter, and cheaper and as screens became larger and of better quality and you can bring it anywhere you like but I prefer Desktop I know Desktop cannot be easily transferred like Laptop but Desktop do not need battery like the laptop, but you cannot just force one individual to buy and tell them that” hey buy a  Desktop it’s cool” I mean They Have the Right to choose what’s better for them.

So for me I choose Desktop

What is a Clock and Watches?

Clocks and Watches, devices used to measure or indicate the passage of time. A clock, which is larger than a watch, is usually intended to be kept in one place; a watch is designed to be carried or worn. Both types of timepieces require a source of power and a means of transmitting and controlling it, as well as indicators to register the lapse of time units.there are many different kinds of clock like the following

Weight-Driven Clock
Most grandfather clocks are weight-driven, which means they are powered by the pull of a hanging weight. A mechanism called the escapement regulates the incremental release of the weight’s energy via toothed gears, which set other wheels in motion. As the pendulum swings back and forth, the escapement “walks” along the escape gear, the clock ticks, and the weight moves gradually downward, until it eventually needs to be reset. In other clocks, a wound spring serves the purpose of the weight.

Sandglass
Ornate sandglasses like this one were once used to mark the passage of minutes and hours. Flipping the glass causes the fixed amount of sand to pass though its narrow central hole in a consistent length of time, creating a relatively accurate measure. Generally called hourglasses because an hour was their standard setting, almost any period of time could be set by altering the amount of sand or the size of the central opening

Pocket Sundial
This portable folding German sundial has a string gnomon (pointer), adjustable for accuracy at any latitude. As shadows fall across the sundial, the smaller dials show Italian and Babylonian hours. The dial also indicates the length of the day and the position of the sun in the zodiac.

Pocket Watch
This engraving depicts a Nüremberg egg, a pocket watch designed by Peter Henlein in the early 16th century. Small, portable clocks like the Nüremberg egg became possible with the development of coiled springs as a power source for timekeeping devices

Liquid Crystal Display
Liquid crystal forms from various organic substances and takes its name from the crystal-like properties of liquids whose molecular orientation changes when a small electric current is applied. Sensitive to temperature and pressure, liquid crystal can appear as a solid at low temperatures and high pressures or as a liquid at high temperatures and low pressures. Liquid crystal is used to make clock displays, television receivers, and notebook computer screens.

Climate Change!!!!!!!!!!

Okay new topic and it’s all about the climate change in our world and one of it is Global Warming

Global Warming, increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere, oceans, and landmasses of Earth. The planet has warmed (and cooled) many times during the 4.65 billion years of its history. At present Earth appears to be facing a rapid warming, which most scientists believe results, at least in part, from human activities. The chief cause of this warming is thought to be the burning of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil, and natural gas, which releases into the atmosphere carbon dioxide and other substances known as greenhouse gases. As the atmosphere becomes richer in these gases, it becomes a better insulator, retaining more of the heat provided to the planet by the Sun.
The average surface temperature of Earth is about 15°C (59°F). Over the last century, this average has risen by about 0.6 Celsius degree (1 Fahrenheit degree). Scientists predict further warming of 1.4 to 5.8 Celsius degrees (2.5 to 10.4 Fahrenheit degrees) by the year 2100. This temperature rise is expected to melt polar ice caps and glaciers as well as warm the oceans, all of which will expand ocean volume and raise sea level by an estimated 9 to 100 cm (4 to 40 in), flooding some coastal regions and even entire islands. Some regions in warmer climates will receive more rainfall than before, but soils will dry out faster between storms. This soil desiccation may damage food crops, disrupting food supplies in some parts of the world. Plant and animal species will shift their ranges toward the poles or to higher elevations seeking cooler temperatures, and species that cannot do so may become extinct. The potential consequences of global warming are so great that many of the world's leading scientists have called for international cooperation and immediate action to counteract the problem

Favorite Color

Hello our topic is my favorite color

Before I tell you my favorite color let me define color to you

Color, physical phenomenon of light or visual perception associated with the various wavelengths in the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum As a sensation experienced by humans and some animals, perception of color is a complex neurophysiological process. The methods used for color specification today belong to a technique known as colorimetry and consist of accurate scientific measurements based on the wavelengths of three primary colors.White light is composed of electromagnetic vibrations, the wavelengths of which are evenly distributed from 35 to 75 millionths of a centimeter (about 14 to 30 millionths of an inch). If the intensity of these vibrations is strong, the light is white; if the intensity is less, the light is grey; and if the intensity is zero, the light is nonexistent or black. Light composed of vibrations of a single wavelength in the visible spectrum differs qualitatively from light of another wavelength. This qualitative difference is perceived subjectively as hue. Light with a wavelength of 0.000075 cm (0.000030 in) is perceived as red, and light of 0.000035 cm (0.000014 in) wavelength is perceived as violet. The quality of the intermediate wavelengths is perceived as blue, green, yellow, or orange, moving from the wavelength of violet to that of red.

and now Let me tall you my favorite color and it’s white I choose white as my favorite color because white symbolizes peace Unity white brings me calmness when I have a problem .

My Favorite Song ♫♪♫

Hmm.. okay our new topic is all about my Favorite song

Song, short lyric or narrative text set to music. The music often reproduces the mood of and lends a heightened emotional expression to the song's text, which is often a poem. In modern usage, the term song is usually restricted to compositions for one or two voices, frequently with instrumental accompaniment. This article is concerned mainly with the history of the art song—that is, with song that is the product of a trained musician—and consists of melodies and accompaniments primarily of the musician's invention. It is distinguished from the folk song—that is, a song, typical of a musically unsophisticated culture, that is originated by, and is part of the tradition of, a people. A short description of the folk song is provided to indicate the background against which the more complex forms developed. For a fuller discussion, see Ballad; Folk Music.

Okay at first I do not really have a favorite song when I was in grade three because we seldom listen to music because me and my cousins are always in the street playing street games but if you ask me my favorite song would be “Green green grass of home of Tom Jones” why because almost every day my grandfather always play this song to his cassette, when song  Green Green Grass of home is played I always remember our last home because today we already transferred to a new house so if my grand father play that song I stopped and think of the happy moments in our past home.

Favorite Pc Game

hello again our new topic is all about games my most favorite topic :)

We all know that many people play different kinds of  games like street games Electronic games

Electronic Games, interactive hardware or software played for entertainment, challenge, or educational purposes. Electronic games vary in design but can include vibrant color, sound, realistic movement, and visual effects; some even employ human actors. There are two broad classes of electronic games: video games, which are designed for specific video-game systems, handheld devices, and coin-operated arcade consoles; and computer games, which are played on personal computers.

Electronic games are a popular pastime for both children and adults. Categories include strategy games, sports games, adventure and exploration games, card and board games, puzzle games, fast-action arcade games, and flying simulations. Software programs that employ game-play elements to teach reading, writing, problem solving, and other basic skills combine fun with education and are sometimes called edutainment.

Coin-operated games such as pinball were a small and fading industry when video games completely changed the landscape. In 1978 Midway Manufacturing, one of the biggest pinball companies, imported a coin-operated video game called Space Invaders from Japan. The game was so popular in Japan that the government had to quadruple production of the 100-yen coin because so many were being used in the machines. Space Invaders became a hit in the United States, where Midway sold 60,000 of the machines, three times the sales of most popular arcade games of the time.

Midway followed this success in 1980 with another Japanese import: Pac-Man. In this game, players guided a ravenous yellow circle through a maze, while it ate dots and avoided monsters. Namco, the Japanese company that created Pac-Man, sold more than 300,000 of the game machines worldwide, making it the most popular arcade game of all time.

so if you ask me what is my favorite computer game it’s COD(call of Duty).it’s a its a first person shooting game so when i am playing I enjoyed it because it is like in real time fighting in war.
